Revenue Share

Guudies Holders receive a total revenue share of 5%

In order for NFT holders, who are not only shop operators, to benefit directly from the growth of the marketplace, we have calculated a revenue share from the first month. This seems unusual at first, but it is also intended to increase the community's efforts to use the marketplace themselves and to recommend it to others. The revenue share is 5% of the monthly turnover and will be paid out in the following month in weekly intervals to the unlisted NFT holders with fully paid royalties. Until the total target of an average of $350 (values will be taken into account) profit share is not reached, the revenue share will apply. We expect a consistently upward market usage and therefore a double-digit percentage growth in the payouts. In the first quarter, we are in the range of $2.5 - $7 per NFT (differences in value).

Profit Share

Guudies Holders receive a total profit allocation of 15%

Guudies generates revenue through transaction fees, platform subscriptions, in-app purchases, advertising, IP licensing and “power-ups”. Holders of Guudies NFT’s qualify to receive a share of Guudies profits. The goal is to generate a monthly passive income of $350 for each Guudie NFT holder.

Until we reach this target, the revenue share described above will apply.
